CLEANING CHECKLIST FOR HOSPITALITY PROPERTIES
- Remove dirty sheets and towels
- Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher
- Clean baseboards, doors, doorknobs, and light switches.
- Surface clean the walls
- Clean sink and shower drains and check that all drains are working properly.
- Clean window frames.
- Vacuum under beds and furniture.
- Clean trash bins in all areas.
- Check for unpleasant odors and eliminate them if necessary.
- Mop all rooms.
- Clean drawers, dishes, glasses, and cutlery.
- Clean microwave, toaster, and refrigerator.
- Empty the kettle and apply descaler if there is limescale buildup.
- Check the freezer and report if ice buildup is preventing the door from closing.
- Clean the detergent dispenser of the washing machine.
- Consolidate duplicate products into a single container to avoid clutter.
- Report missing or nearly finished cleaning supplies.
- Keep the area clean and organized
