The duration depends entirely on the size of your property and the service chosen (e.g., Deep Clean vs. Turnover Clean). As a general guide, a standard turnover clean for a 2-bedroom property typically takes 3/4 hours. We will provide a precise time estimate when scheduling your service.
We focus on interior cleaning and air quality. We clean and sanitize all visible air vents and exterior air diffusers. However, roof cleaning and external structural work are outside the scope of our services.
We prioritize simple and secure payments. We currently accept all major credit/debit cards processed securely through our online system. Payment is typically processed upon satisfactory completion of the cleaning service
We provide all necessary high-quality cleaning products and cloths. For efficiency and hygiene, we only require the client to provide a working vacuum cleaner (hoover) for use on the property. This ensures we use a machine familiar to the property owner or manager.
We understand plans change. We require at least 19 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests to avoid a cancellation fee.
